mango-strawberry-banana smoothie with ginger and golden flaxseeds

this is a really good (for you) (and nutritious) way to start your day:
1 ripe yellow mango
1/2 (or whole) banana
1/2-1 freshly juiced lemon
5-7 organic strawberries
1 tsp freshly grated ginger
1-2 tbsp golden flaxseeds
1/4 cup (good quality) coconut milk
